Hi, i just bought this player hoping it would streamline a slide show request i had. Unfortunately it hasn't and is taking a while to get it working. At this point I can not get it to play and everything is out of box! I hope I don't have to wait too long for support to assist with this. http://www.grafatik.com/meno-racing/in... Note - It plays fine locally!~ Also, I want to ability to always show the thumbnails NOT hide them after so many seconds... thanks

I purchased this one in hopes to be able to reposition both the next/previous buttons and the text in the XML file. Can you add these two options to the file? This would really improve the functionality of the slide show. Thanks

How can the hover opacity on the slider images be set to 0? Also I want to position the hover text to display at the top of the slider not the bottom. Is this possible? I tried changing the x/y in Fla and republish but that did not change it.
