Is there a way to have the sound start completely at zero. Right now the sound can be set to zero but when the video starts the sound starts I believe at 50% and animates down to zero. What I need is for the sound to be just at zero when the video starts.

I have the height set to 500px and width set to 300px in the video player. When I do that the flv becomes cropped at the top and at the bottom. Is there a way to have the whole flv viewable in the 500px by 300px?
