need simple instruction to load and install the new Flash MP3 Playerv2

    Hi I have a wordpress site http:harlemtalkradio.com. I would like to install the new Flash MP3 Player-v2 to my home page replacing the old video & audio player I have there now.

    I'm a novice to website management. I viewed the video tutorials and they don't really give a simple step-by-step visual of how to ad flash player to website for beginners.

    Example: when you up load the DEPLOY FOLDER to the server, do you leave the files in the folder or do you take them you.

    Where is the code you place on your site to reference the flash mp3 player.

    I just need a simple step-by-step on how to add/stall flash mp3 player to my website http:harlemtalkradio.com
