Download link after purchase does not work.

    I just bought Simple AS3 Flash Video Player. after paying it gave me the link to download but the page died out the moment you hit the link. so i thought i should give it a break sent an email to the support guys.
    Now i dont have the active download anymore even though it did not get to download it and no one has replied to my email.
    any ideas on where to go from here?
