Max, please send us your FTP info on email so we can look into the folder for you. I am not sure what settings you have there so we need to look into it a bit more.

The results are saved back in the XML file. Please check the previous comments.

I have read the old post, but in the xml folder are only 2 file: survey.xml and settings.xml
where mistake?

The votes should be saved in votes="0".
