XML Survey with Multiple Questions

Flash XML Survey with multiple questions

Allows unlimited number of questions and variable number of answers passed through a xml file. Each question accepts only one answer and in order to continue to next question in the survey, it's mandatory to choose an answer. (for this we recommend that at least one of your answers will apply to any user filling the survey)

All the answers are saved in the xml file to be visualized later, and this process is transparent to the user.

In the XML file you can edit everything, and the XML is very intuitive.

combustion8, nope. In the XML there's no such feature. You can edit the font size directly in the FLA, or for the text that is in XML nodes, add a different size with CDATA.

thanks! I figured it out.. one more important question though.. how can I skip the splash screen? I want it to open right at the first question.. thanks again for your help.

The splash screen is built for one purpose: explaining the users what the survey is about. In this product, it cannot be skipped.

Hi guys,
First of all, I would like to submit my appreciation for your great work. I have tried to run your code on my localhost, but I still facing some troubles.
First, I coped the directory "project" on my root folder, and then replaced the index.html with index.php.
I had copied the index.html in the index.php. and then typed this code at the end of the body tag.
include("survey/php/survey.php");
?>
After all of that I printed in my browser http://localhost/project/deploy/.
I got these errors.
Notice: Undefined index: xml_path in D:\wamp\www\project\deploy\survey\php\survey.php on line 4

Warning: file_get_contents(../) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\wamp\www\project\deploy\survey\php\survey.php on line 5
Please, I need your help to fix this.

In order to find out how to embed this component inside a flash project watch our video tutorial.
If you just want to embed it in a website just copy and paste from our "index.html" sample the embed code you find inside the "head" and "body" tags. Adjust the flashvars and xml files as you need and that should be all. Make sure you also copy the folder "js" where the swfobject code is.

Great job you guys !!!

I just wanted to ask you... is there any way to collect info from the user filling up the survey (like name, email, phone number, etc) I would like to use it as a custimer satisfaction's survey and would like to follow up on them depending on their answers...

I'm afraid you won't be able to do that within this component. Note that users like to keep anonymity though. ;)
