Thanks you for the speedy reply. By looping, rather than when it gets to the last image, scrolling all the way back to image number 1, it will just continue forward, as if number 1 image was next in line after the last image. So the loop would be inifinite, not rotating.

Does that make any sense? That link I posted is an example of what Im trying to do and what Im referring to. You can see there is no rewind after the last image, it will just continue forward.

Is there any quick solution for the loading images in the current player? I just want the images to appear, the image I am using are small in file size anyway.

Thank you Andrei.

Yes, it makes sense now. I am afraid for such a functionality there should be changes done to the file. If you want you can get in touch for a quote.

The quickest solution is to start the loading for all the images when the banner is initialized, not when a user clicks on a thumb, or when the auto-slide goes there.

How do I go about getting in touch for a quote. If I can have something close to the example I sent that would be great. I can edit some code but I am not a writer by any means yet.

Thank you again, as this is a great simple slideshow, and this was not easily found.

Sweet! .

Took me forever to find this one.

What would be really neat is a comment/description that fades in/out while the pictures are in transition. That would ideally be placed in the xml file.

And how about making the slideshow be completely user controlled if slideShowTime was set to -1?

Anyway, great job mate!

faruk, the loading happens because we don't preload all images ahead - only when one wants to go to an image we do so. We're working on a better approach.
