Please purchase a Support Ticket if you need support from our Development Team. Also, make sure you check the FAQ section - pathToFiles precisely. That might help you figure out where you are doing something wrong.

Hi i downloaded the file from the download icon,, after finishing the download the files in side the folder contains only .DS_Store file.. i cant able to find the .fla or swf file plz help

I just downloaded this banner. Everything looks great, except I don't see the text (the numbers) on the buttons in the controller. The buttons are there, because I can click on them, and they work, but the numbers don't show.

Any ideas?

Hi there, it was definitely a great work coming from you. However, i encountered a minor problem which is that whenever i exit the index.html, windows will pop up an error message saying internet explorer has stopped working. How do i solve this? Thanks in advance :)

Please check the FAQ section related to why fonts dissapear. I'm sure you have the same issue, with the fonts not being installed before opening the FLA.

Note that you need a support ticket for assistance from our Development Team.

Hi there,

first thanks for this great banner.
I want to use it on our new website.

It works fine exept one thing:
By every click on the website the banner restart again from the beginning.

Is there a possibility that it plays on from where it was before going to the new page?

I hope you understand my problem.

You need to set the starting image on each image, to how you need it.

The issue with special chars is that a font that supports them needs to be used.

We're looking into different solutions, which will be applied to all our files as soon as we find the right one. (in couple of weeks)

Hello Mr.Bobocel

Thank you for your answer.

When i embed Turkish characters in the ".fla" file which
is in "source" directory or select a new font which is
supporting Turkish characters, the numbers which are
standing on the bottom right corner at the control sec-
tion( numbers which are related with the pictures; 1-2-
3-...)), are disappearing.

There are no other problems.

How could we solve this problem?

You need to use a font that supports Turkish chars, and embed it in the file. Please check the article related to this issue in the FAQ section.
