Is it possible to easily incorporate Magnifying Glass Effect (http://www.flabell.com/flash/Magnifyin...) with this image banner? If so, how can it be done.

Yes, that should be doable. The easiest way would be to load different swf files for each thumb, and each swf to link to a new image.

The right way and the optimized way of doing it would be to create an instance of the magnifying component in this component, and on clicking a thumb to only pass a different image to the component.

Both options require experience with Flash and ActionScript.
