I really do enjoy the product, and I was about to go live with it last night, but now it is not working on Internet Explorer. I know you need Flash 9 or higher to view to file, but on a lot of computers in my office it worked last week, and now it will not show, and the majority of my companies users use IE. Is this happening to anyone else? and do you know how to fix it?

Hi,

Thank you for downloading our component.

This might happen in IE, since it can crash easily with a small JavaScript error. It might be because you have multiple swfobject.js files imported in your webpage. You'll have to use only one of them, because they do the same thing.

Also, the cause might be the path to our swfobject.js file. Maybe you didn't set the correct path to it.

Give us a link to your test webpage, if you have one. We'll take a look and try to figure what the problem is.

Have you done some fixes? It worked on our IE8 and IE7. No error encountered. Does it still not working on IE?

We can't think of anything that could make it stop working. Unless IE crashes on some JavaScript error. We tried to debug your page and worked fine.

no, it still does not work on a number of machines using IE8. I can't figure out any rhyme or reason as to why it is not working, and was hoping someone else knew.

There are many syntax errors on your webpage. This might cause the problems on IE. We checked the webpage again and it's still working on our IE8 browsers.

We tried to validate your page and these are the errors you'll need to fix:

The HTML tag is not closed and there are many other errors.

Hello guys,

We updated the component and set up a new XML property called titleAlign. It will allow you to align the text at the center, bottom, top or at a custom y value.

If you need this functionality, please download the files one more time and read the explanation about this property in the XML file.

Hello,

Do you mean you need just a single SWF and no external images or properties? You'll need to embed the images into the flash project and all the other necessary properties. You'll need Flash CS3 or higher.
