This component delivers a simple example of the text to speech technology.
Add your own text, and click on the speak button!
There are more languages supported by Google's API, but you need to add them in the XML file.

Can you fix Flash CS3 version
on 3/6/10
Please note that in FlashCS3, the file doesn't play the sound when you compile it. It works in the browser though. In CS4 it works fine as well. ;)
Thank you for the feedback again!

This is a Chrome issue. The component made in Flash calls a script which doesn't work in Chrome. We're sorry about this.

I have a question, if i will buy your app, can i alter that?,
and you can tell me if the Google's API have a languages like latinamerican spanish?
thank you
on 10/1/11
Yes, you can alter our components any way you want. Google Text-to-speech API has Spanish, I just tested it with our component and it works. I don't know if this is different from Latin-American Spanish.
So if you're confortable with plain Spanish, you should buy the component. It will do the things you want.
Thank you for the interest you have for it.

Are you sure that you used the paid version of the preview.swf file? We also make a free preview available for our users. That is going to work only on your local machine. Online the component won't get initialize and you won't be able to see anything.
Please download the component one more time, using the Download button above and replace the old preview.swf file you used with the newly downloaded one. It's in the project->deploy folder.
If this doesn't solve the problem, please share a link to the component. If you don't have it online, please send your files at [email protected] We'll take a look at them, figure out what the problem is and give you a solution.
Thanks.
