We are updating the Terms and Conditions next week, due to a change in our business plan: we will give bonus tickets only for purchased products, and not for free products.

The same rules apply:

1. At every 3 consecutive purchased products, you will receive a Silver Ticket.

2. At every 10 purchased products (during an entire year) you receive a Gold Ticket.

The usage of the tickets remains the same: gold can be used to download for free any product, and silver can be used to cut the current price of a product in half.

The difference is that we won’t give away tickets for free products anymore. The silver tickets sent so far will be removed as well.

We do this because there was a potential risk, and that is for a user to many account only for receiving tickets, and then use the tickets to download any product that wasn’t free, without paying.

Let us know if there’s anything that doesn’t seem clear, and we’ll provide more information.
