It’s hard to estimate from screenshots and being able to play around with them. You also have to keep in mind that prices depends on what’s already out there. With that said…

Good music players are not prevalent on the Web, so I would pay maybe $20 for the one you have. The interface looks really polished.

Slideshows, on the other hand, are pretty prevalent but aren’t great. The free or cheap ones usually suffice. You’re also somewhat going to head with SlideShowPro, but you’re offering an HD toggle and an HTML embed feature, so that’s good. I might between $15 and $20.

Rich, the second product is a Flash Video Player, with an embedded gallery. It supports simple images as well, but the small play icons represent videos.

Would your price change?

I’ll give you $20 for the mp3 player and $25 for the gallery ;)

1. Does your video player support RTMP?
2. Under what license you will sell (per site/per server/unlimited/ w/o source)?
3. Music player maybe $25-$35 and video maybe $40-$45

1. Yes, the video player supports RTMP.
2.Unlimited use (but non-comercial, meaning you cannot resell it as stock, obviously). All products come with the source files, as the sample products released so far.
3. Thank you for your input, it’s helpful for us to determine the best price.

If they are all relatively sourced (no _root pointers) and the video player is resizable without messing around too much, I would say $15-25 for the mp3 player (looks great by the way), and a solid $25 for the player. I would hope they are drag-and-drop ready into my own projects though too – that is worth an extra $5-10 for me!

@Mike: the products are full OOP, as the samples we provided so far.

If you had time to look over the existing products and over other products on competition websites, I think you agree with me that we stand ahead of every competition website.

Hey guys you can charge atleast $30 – $40 for the mp3 player. That’s a great stuff man because apart from the functionalities there is something, it is the look and feel. I love it.

Actually you can split your prices, for e.g. commercial purpose means $A for non-commercial purpose $B.

You guys can also have a look at the JW player to get some ideas.

I believe there is a great future for this player.

Try to have a fan page in facebook and twitter account they are great way of promoting your products.

Thanks
Charles

The good part about our pricing is that you can use the files for commercial purposes too, as long as you are not reselling them as stock. So for example you can use a project from Flabell (an mp3 player) on a CD which you distribute, but don’t provide the source files of that project. Hope this makes sense.

We know JW player, it’s nice, but we want to do better. This will be just one of our future files, we have great new flash components coming. :-)

i have downloaded your free mp3 .. and i have to say it is very clean in every thing .. design and more important in coding .. very clean code .. good job .

so assuming that all your components will be this clean .. it is better than lots of mp3 players out there ( some of them still in AS2 and coded in the timeline ! .. lame!)

i say .. 30$ for the mp3 player
.. 40$ for the video gallery

the problem is that there is a lot of mp3, video and photo galleries out there .. i hope we see some creative components here ..

Thank you for your compliments. Indeed there are a lot of files out there, 99% of them done in the worst manner, and the other 1% of them very expensive, and AS2 based.

We try to be different, thus we provide free files monthly for everyone to see the quality of our work before buying any product that has a tag price.

We’re still waiting for more opinions on the price, so we appreciate any input.

The MP3 Player looks pretty well, is hard to find a good MP3 Player on the web that looks as good as yours.
So I will pay $20.

For the Video player, does it plays other formats than FLV?
For what I know so far about it, I’ll pay like $30.

You have awesome products guys!

Sorry, I forgot to ask you if the MP3 Player will support images, like CD Covers? :)

@Alejandro: yes, the player supports all h264 formats, including flv and mov.

The mp3 player doesn’t have images, but we can add something creative there, maybe a matrices of albums from which the user can select. We’ll think of something and see what we can do. ;)

$20.00 for Mp3 and $30.00 for Gallery. The screen shots look nice, when will you have these up to look at? Love the site also. Keep up the good work Andrei.

Also,

What I do like about your products, you seem to have in mind that not all people use Flash and the easy to use files to edit all the aspects of them is Great without having to go into the FLA file.

Thank you! We’re an entire team of creatives here (6 people so far), so THANK YOU in the name of every one of us!

I know what kind of quality are most of the Flash Components available on the web, so we wouldn’t have started if we knew there’s no room for BETTER!

But since there is, here we are, ringing the bells every week! :)

Thank you for providing prices that you would pay. The files will be available in the following weeks, we are still waiting for more opinions before we can decide what’s the best way to go, please follow us on twitter (bottom left is the link) to know exactly when we launch a new product.

We will keep uploading free files once every couple of weeks as well, because there’s too many people charging for simple files, built with no planning ahead.

I would pay $15-20 for the Mp3 player, assuming the colors can all be customized.

I would pay 20 USD for each one if they are full use licenses. and the the UI is XML driven like the flabell flash mp3 player.

Thank you guys, we decided on the best price based on your input, and will have the files up in the next weeks. Make sure you collect as many Silver Tickets as you can, so that you can save money on each purchase.

There will be two bonuses:

1. If the product is featured, it will have a considerable % off.

2. From the remaining price, you will be able to have 50% off with a Silver Ticket, or the product for free, with a Gold Ticket.

In the meantime, we’ll keep uploading new free files, and will keep uploading free files every couple of weeks. This should help you earn enough Silver Tickets, and Gold Tickets to use for our products.

@Garey: everything will be customizable and nicely built when it comes to files from Flabell. You can take that as default quality! :)

Please read the Terms and Conditions in the link below for usage information. In less words, you can use the file any way you want – for personal or client/s use, but not resell it as stock.
