Support tickets

We want to provide the best customer support here at Flabell, so in order to do that we must dedicate a lot of our time to each user. We decided it’s time to prioritize support, so we can serve our best users, better. The idea is this: one user that makes a purchase is a user that should get support before another user that downloaded a free Flash Component from Flabell.

Due to the increasing amount of new users (we’re close to 30.000 users in less than 9 months) we decided it’s time to implement a simple solution that will allow us to be more productive, and use our time better. Today we’re announcing the new system we are releasing: Support Tickets.

What is a support ticket?

A support ticket is a badge that you receive after you purchase a commercial product. It will be available for one year from the date of purchase, and you can use it to get support on any of our Flash Components, free or commercial. If you have a support ticket already and you purchase another commercial product, your support ticket will be extended to a full year.

How can I use a support ticket?

If you want to post a comment on any product page or send an email to support@flabell.com, you will need a support ticket. Using this system, we will be able to provide better support in less time, but also focus more on creating new and exciting Flash Components.

Can I purchase a support ticket?

Yes. We will allow our users to purchase support tickets at only 4,99USD!

The support ticket will be available for one year, and with it you will be able to ask for support regarding the products you downloaded from Flabell.

Note: if you purchase a commercial product, you will automatically receive a support ticket for free, so you don’t need to purchase any support tickets in that case!

Where can I get additional help from?

We are currently working on creating high quality video tutorials as well as help files that will make it easy to understand and use our Flash Components. We are also working on releasing a forum where we hope users will help each other.

What kind of support should you expect?

You should know that support doesn’t mean we will add additional features you request. Support means we will make sure all features of a Flash Component work as we presented them. We will fix any bugs you find, and answer any questions you have related to customizing the component from the provided XML files. We won’t integrate the Flash Components in your projects, but make sure you have the necessary information to do that yourself.

What should I do if I need custom work?

We offer web design and development services as well. If you need to customize any of our components, or create something different, get in touch with a brief at office@vuzum.com.

When will this new feature be released?

We are going to release our new design soon, and it will include the Support Ticket system. Until then, the support remains free to all our users.
